1. Shipping & Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, it typically takes 4 to 7 business days for the package to reach your doorstep, depending on your location.
2. Shipping Charges
- We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may be applicable at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
- To prevent fake orders and ensure smooth delivery, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address before dispatching COD orders. Kindly cooperate to avoid any cancellation.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a complete address with a correct phone number.
